The first phrase of the company's plant occupies an area of 18,800 ㎡ including one floor of R&D laboratory whose area is 360 ㎡. It has the first fully automated high-speed tampon production line developed jointly by Chinese mainland, Japan and Taiwan. 6 fully automated tampon production lines with an annual production capacity of 600 million tampons are planned in the follow-up plan. The self-innovated high-speed tampon production line is the first one in domestic, which can produce 300 tampons per minute and 600 tampons after being upgraded, with 100 million annual production per line.
From cotton core cutting to small packaging, and then to automatic packaging equipment, the whole process does not require manual contact, fully ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of tampons.
Collaborating on the development of high-precision and efficient carding machines, with a production speed of up to 40 meters per minute. Imported fiber and Organic cotton are used to mix cotton core, and the absorber does not need manual assembly, without secondary pollution. One equipment can be used for two Tampon production lines.
In accordance with the GMP pharmaceutical grade cleanliness standard, UniMedia has established the first 100000 grade purification Tampon production workshop and 10000 grade purification research and development laboratory with constant temperature and humidity control in China, and has obtained the testing certification of authoritative institutions.
The automated production line is equipped with 10 ultra high definition high-speed image monitoring devices, which are directly removed if they exceed the standard requirements, ensuring that the product quality meets the standards.
The laboratory is equipped with advanced quality testing instruments to accurately test the quality of Tampon products before, during and after the production to ensure 100% qualification rate.
